Natasha’s Amazon Favs | March 2020 Edition

Uncategorized

March 31, 2020

It’s the end of the month my friends… which means an all new installment of Natasha’s Amazon Favs… keep in mind, this roundup of everything Amazon is probably going to look VERY different than previous month’s winning-wonders, simply because we are getting crafty, creative and out-of-the-box in what we’re doing each day, what’s occupying our time [and school schedule] and we are making the most of it! Hope these bring some happy mail days to your home ASAP, too.

one. plant flower kit |  April comes oh so soon, which makes it the perfect time to bloom where you are planted and get to growing! I grabbed this kit for my girls last week and they are SO enjoying their very own garden. Great science learning for us homeschoolers and a way to make sure they are watering their pretties each day!

two. sugar baby bronzing cream | one of my go-tos for instant color on my legs + arms, especially on days where I need a bit of glow and instant bronzing! a steal for $13 and it doesn’t rub off on clothes either = warm weather win!

three. lash princess mascara | I’m trying to find lesser-priced beauty items for all of us to survive right now, esepcially since we aren’t leaving the house, but I find that getting ready each day truly helps my attitude SO I stumbled across this $5 mascara and thought I’d give it a try. Super impressed with it’s buildable formula and how it lengthens and fills in your lashes, but also lasts throughout the day. A definite Amazon must-shop.

four. kids kitchen knife set | My girls are ALWAYS asking to help in the kitchen when I am cooking and this knife set is PERFECT to get them started… it’s under $10 for the entire set. Made of nylon and plastic, there are a variety of knives they can use to cut fruit, veggies, bread and more and are dishwasher safe as well.

five. bananagrams | one of my teacher friends told me about this scrabble-inspired game for kids and I instantly ordered it. it’s basically the board game without the board and great for little learners working on their spelling. they are LOVING it and easy to take along with you for portable party action as well.

six. osmo genius starter kit + extra game set | i have had so many friends with kids of similar ages rave about Osmo so we decided now was the perfect time to grab this interactive game set to pair with Caroline’s new iPad to take on learning and fun in a whole new way. the games are mostly designed for ages 5-10 and include shapes/placing designs, problem solving, creative drawing skills, counting as well as spelling/vocabulary. we also grabbed the Super Studio Princess Game and Creative Starter Kit.

seven. rainbow enamel bracelets | three bracelets for just $16 = yes for the perfect tween gift and one to grab for yourself! i love stacking these together on the daily and they totally make my arm candy action a bit brighter and more fun.

eight. kirkland chocolate peanut butter chunk protein bars | ususally I score these during in-person shopping trips at Costco, but while those days are on hiatus, I decided to grab my favorite flavor from Amazon. a bit pricier than usual, but the fact that I can get the 20-count of just THIS variety makes this mama one happy gal. FWTFL compliant and a great snack for every day, of the week!

nine. brain quest workbooks | another at-home must have are brain quest workbooks… they make it SUPER easy to execute daily worksheets specific to your child’s grade level–we usually do them throughout the summer but I went ahead and ordered new ones for my girls to work on daily while we’re studying school in the comfort of our casa.

ten. portable power bank | whether you’re at home OR traveling, you need a backup battery… and it took me awhile to find JUST the right one, but this new-to-me find is just $39 and built-in cables for easy charging. it also features a built in USB as well as AC plug. done and done and so good I grabbed one for the hubs, too.

eleven. no yellow shampoo | I previously used Clairol Shimmer Lights Shampoo for years when it came to removing the brassiness from my blonde hair, but my friend Sara introduced me to this and I ordered it immediately. It gives you that true blonde hue [silver undertones] and is what I need right now since my salon appointment doesn’t look too promising for the near future,

twelve. mini melissa bow sandals | grab the blush/black style here for only $16 = perfect Easter basket fillable! my girls go GAGA for everything Mini Melissa–they smell like candy, are easy to clean and perfect lake and beach shoes that still look sweet + feminine.

thirteen. ticket to ride game | without a doubt, this is our go-to family game night board game. we have played the adult version for years and when they came out with the junior version we knew our girls would LOVE it. it definitely helps showing US geography as well as using math, counting, and strategy skills to make your routes and secure your trains. i have no doubt you and your kids will play this one all the time!

escape beach bag | under $40… absolutely adorable canvas tote for vacays and getaways! arrived in just a few days via Prime and I love that there are other options available including beach please, weekend vibes and wifey [great shower gift]–hopoing this escapes with me to the lake house ASAP

Asha Slides [under $50] | Open Book [a GREAT easy read]

floral kimono romper | Ready to make a statement for spring and summer?? Floral fever + a red romper = sign me up! At a mere $18, this one-piece wonder doesn’t break the bank and it’s made for easy breezy ensembles for warm weather. I’m dreaming of taking this somewhere tropical ASAP once we’re able to travel again. I’m wearing a size small for reference, and yes, it has pockets, an elastic waist and a button front closure, too.

blue babydoll dress | All ruffled up, this cobalt blue beauty is a super steal for under $20. It runs TTS [I’m wearing a size small] and it comes in nine different hues for every color of the rainbow. I love the slight peplum sleeves and bottom hem detail and is a great length for any heighth [I’m 5’4″ for reference and it comes to my knees]. Amazon Prime for the win for this one so you can dress it up or down, depending on the day!

honeydew stars sweatshirt and shorts | Pale pink pretty and super soft = work from home wardrobe win! These mix and match separates were made for cuddling up couchside and taking some time for yourself. I’m wearing a size small for reference and they are available via Prime so you can get them ASAP to your doorstep. If pink isn’t your preference, they also come in navy stars and a grey stripe pattern! Both pieces together are just $54 = yippee!

polka dot swing dress | One more for good measure, this split v-neck babydoll dress is TOO cute! It comes in three colorways, and runs TTS with a lot of frill for added fun. It features a self tie waist belt, ruffled bodice and fully lined! Grab it now for a mere $30.
