Less than one week to go until this crew says ADIOS to home sweet home and hello to Spring Break!! To be honest, the past few days have been a WHIRLWIND of craziness — from having to change our original cruise plans to now heading beachside to our favorite Rosemary Beach, it’s safe to say we are in major need of sun, surf and R&R.
We were trying to play it cool and so wanted to stick with our plans, but it’s getting scary out there and so we have changed our cruise to a later date so that this virus hopefully runs its course and we will go next Spring Break = better late than never! Stay safe out there friends 😉
With that, I posted my recent Walmart travel obsession via Instagram a few weeks ago and y’all went CRAZY over this cute travel outfit! Not only is it completely on trend and fun for spring, you can grab everything [jacket, tank, pants and shoes] for under $65 = total win, right?!?!?!
Let’s break each piece down:
My Favorite Cute Travel Outfit
First things first, this Athletic Works Ombre Stripe Tank is a steal at just $9. It runs TTS, comes in 4 colorways and I am wearing the size XS for reference. It’s a great layering option for everyday styling, but also makes a fantastic top for busting it out at the gym! I’ve been super impressed with this brand and just placed another order for new athleisure separates to show later this month as well.
As for the Retro Stripe Track Jacket [$18, wearing size small] and Jogger Pants [just $13 and wearing XS], I now want more colors of this matching two piece leisure suit. They are IMPECCABLE for the price and to be honest I was shocked at how great the material was and the fit is a true testament to Walmart really improving their fit + detail. The all white ensemble is calling my name, especially for summer!!
Finally, shoes worth noting are these Time and Tru Slip on Platform Sneakers. These beauties are a mere $19 and run TTS, but sizing is limited since it seems so many of you have fallen in love with these all white options like me. Last but not least, let’s talk LUGGAGE–I’ve been a lover and user of iFly Luggage for more than a year now and I’ll be the first one to tell you how OBSESSED I am with their hard case luggage. I grabbed the three-piece set in the Mint Green which was made for color-loving ladies like myself and it’s priced right at under $200 = yes for THREE PIECES. It features double zippers on each size, and is super lightweight so you don’t have to cringe at the airport scale… yes I’ve been there and done that WAY too often my friends.
More neutral color options are available online–as are gold, blue, yellow, green and purple–but my two cents tells you to grab something bold so it’ll stand out in that luggage carousel! No one needs to tackle someone over all the black luggage that gets circulated, you feel me?? P.S. I feel like this set would make a GREAT graduation gift or a birthday gift if you’re eyeing some new pretties for upcoming trips and travel!
This means this mama better get to strategizing on everything we need to pack for a trip to 30a ASAP. Lots to get knocked out before we leave this weekend!!
