ONE. Self Made and Proud of It
P.S. If you’re looking for a home in the area be sure to pay a visit to The Grove, their amenities alone are reason enough you should check them out! We actually looked at their homes before we moved to Brentwood.
THREE. Give Me All the Blooms
Spring officially made its debut this week so bring on the bright colors, floral mixes, and anything happy and cute… I’ve been doing some damage with so many new arrivals in stores and below I’ve rounded my favorite blooms, ALL under $50–you know I love a good steal!
FOUR. Home Renovations Coming Soon
I’m going GAGA over the thought that the full-on giant renovation could be starting soon… we’ve had potential floorplans drawn up, we’ve submitted our exterior home changes to our neighborhood’s architectural review board and things seem to be moving right along. I’ll be posting more once we really get the ball rolling with our contractor and Kendall, but for now I’ll just be spending hours on Pinterest trying to get all the inspiration I need.
Basically, we will be renovating the majority of our house AKA the rooms we haven’t decorated: that includes the kitchen, living room, butler’s pantry, laundry room, mudroom, master bedroom and bathroom, playroom, my inventory storage room, and adding a full guest bed and bath.
As scared as I am, this will truly make our house our forever home so it’s going to be FUN.
FIVE. Hop N Shop with Sugar Bit
YIPPEE Nashville friends… you’ve been asking for it and I am FINALLY making it happen this spring! We are hosting an Easter-worthy shopping event next week… and even better is that we’re partnering with my friend Megan at Usborne Books so you can stock up on the best in books to fill their baskets, too. All the details you’ll need are included below so come shop, bring the kiddos, and make it a happy day for all 😉
