Finding Our Dream Home Away From Home… Rosemary Beach Realty

We’ve got the real estate bug and it’s all because of my friends down at Rosemary Beach Realty. Jeff and I have always been lovers of checking out real estate [I get that from my parents from all those years when they would build a house, we’ve live there a few years, and then they’d sell and do it all over again]… even before we bought our home, we had eyes on the market where we lived, listing out comps, seeing what similar houses were selling at, etc. So it’s no surprise our latest endeavor has all eyes on the major prize of owning a little slice of heaven down on 30a, AKA our happy place!

We did a ton of house hunting-esque tours on our latest vacation getaway at Rosemary Beach and now we are itching to find the perfect fit for our little foursome… and of course Caroline and Carson are all in as well. They even told me they’d give me $100 to buy a beach house of our very own = melt my heart. We’ve been long-time lovers of this destination–as if you couldn’t tell–having stayed in Rosemary Beach for 12+ years now so it’s only natural that’s where our hearts are leading us.

Here’s a peak at option #1, hands down my favorite because of the location, accessibility to everything in the town square, the oversized outdoor patio for entertaining and of course the colorful decor [also available to rent here]:

We met with Ashlee and Jonathan and the entire Rosemary Beach Realty team a few weeks ago to check out available properties and if you followed along during the IG stories, I could tell you all were loving the full play-by-play as well. We checked out two condominiums as well as a single family home and each had so many incredible things we fell in love with. From outdoor balconies to large family spaces to bunkrooms galore, we have now identified the must-haves for us and are slowly narrowing down our options to find just the right fit.

Ready to take a look at another gorgeous find?? Option 2 is an amazing condo right above Sugar Shak on the southside of 30a, otherwise known as SO close to the beach… you can see more of this incredible space here:

Obviously we have a lot of thinking to do and we are keeping our options open for right now [one thing I love about Rosemary Beach Realty is that they have listings all along 30a]… waiting for the one that truly wows us from start to finish and makes the most financial sense for our family, as this will absolutely serve as an investment property and one that we plan to rent out to other guests when they visit Rosemary Beach! And of course, the amazing perks like the private owner’s pool, bocce court and event ampitheater don’t hurt either 😉

Thankfully, we have the realty team behind us and they are regularly sending us new houses that pop up for sale each week… so stay tuned for what promises to be another incredible adventure for us and I can’t wait to be able to share once we seal the deal and find our perfect little beach getaway!
