I’ve become quite the addict when it comes to all things sneakers, slides and casual kicks and I’m not too sad about it. Especially when it comes to Fall sneakers. My feet definitely thank me for this mild obsession of mine.
There are SO many incredibly fashion-forward sneaks out there. I just love pairing them with casual dresses + maxis , tshirts and skirts, jeans and blouses. Basically anything and everything where I want a little more comfort! This mama is on the go so I need to have shoes that can take me anywhere.
Seriously I can’t get enough of the Fall sneakers that are out this season. It’s been really fun opting for more flat styles that are still fashion forward and fun. So it’s a win for comfort + cuteness. And, since I also find it helpful when we share tips on what works and how to incorporate trends into our attire so I am bringing you a bit of free advice today on how to wear sneakers with all your fall favs:
TIPS FOR WEARING FALL SNEAKERS
TIP ONE. STYLE THEM WITH A MIDI SKIRT OR DRESS.
This is hands down my best way to incorporate sneaks into your ensemble, while still playing up the feminine card… just like I’ve shown above, pair them with a go-to tshirt style dress and let your style do all the talking. I also love the look of these fall shoes with midi skirt — layer on with your favorite denim jacket [this one is my #1 fav as of late] and look cool, yet contemporary!
TIP TWO. OPT FOR AN ANKLE STYLE PANT
Sometimes your shoes get covered by the pants and that’s totally not the look we are going for here! Either cuff those pants by rolling them up OR grab an ankle length inseam so that you can show off those new shoes that were made for walking.
TIP THREE. INCORPORATE PATTERN + TEXTURE
