Caroline’s 5th Birthday | A Little Lady’s Tea Party

Uncategorized

March 27, 2017

Alright alright… it’s been a little over a week and I finally found some time to sit down and work on a feature for everything for our little Miss Caroline’s Birthday Tea Party!
Per usual, I said I was scaling way back, but totally went nuts the week of and couldn’t help myself… to our friends and family who made it for our sweet CC’s special day, I cannot thank you enough. It was THE cutest party and I’m excited to share it with each of you, too…

First of all, I want to share the small business love with some friends who made this party possible. A friend recommended TracyLynn of Lil’ Swee-Tea-Party and I cannot speak highly enough about her tea party presentation and themes… she has a ton of options available, though we decided on a classic, feminine tea party and she made it SO much easier on me. I sent her the details of our color palette, preferences and such and she took care of the rest [and yes, she brings the china, activities, party favors, dress-up trunk, etc… lifesaver!!]. Another local vendor who helped us pull this off was M&M Special Events. Lara and her staff helped me select the perfect Chiavari Chairs, Tables, and Light Blue Linens for the tea party and it made for the sweetest tablescape ever! Moving right along, my gals at Puffy Muffin pulled off another showstopper cake, this time combining confetti and strawberry layers with light aqua buttercream frosting and gorgeous flowers for additional decor. Of course I have to give props to my girlfriend Sarah via Little Lovely Designs… chalkboards always on point and THE best ever!! And finally, to my paper and graphic extraordinaire, Kate via Orange Valentine Design, you always go above and beyond to make my events so very special and the sweet details tie everything together perfectly… thank you SO much to these friends who make it fun to throw parties!

Now onto the pictures:

details galore… oh how I love this party theme
 perfect bright florals for spring

the yummiest macarons… Trader Joe’s freezer section = makes my life easy

because you need matching chalkboards… of course!!

me and my girls before the party… are we the only family who never gets a pic of all of us together??
our little friends… all set for a proper tea party soiree
off to the makeup table for application and tutorials… this was hands down their favorite part

she gets it from her mama 😉
photo frame crafts… complete with a take-home picture of everyone at the party!
my bestie and babies… the world’s cutest twins [godmother bragging just a bit]
the newest member of our girl gang AKA family, Tenney [sorry Jeff]
all dressed up via the trunk of feminine fun
