ROSEMARY BEACH FAMILY VACATION [2015 EDITION]… DAYS 3-5

vacation

June 16, 2015

Ready for another fun beach vacay recap????? Don’t worry, I’ve got friends jet setting around the world right now so I am jealous of them… just gotta look forward to the next trip, right??
I’m back today sharing part two of our Rosemary family beach adventure!
Day 3 began with bubbles [courtesy of Pappy] and dress up, courtesy of our new found princess tutu dresses from Duckies… I know, we are pushovers, no one has to tell me otherwise.

Afterwards, we gathered up all our beach paraphernalia and headed back down to our chairs so we could get started with our daily chores… i.e. sand castle making, bocce ball playing, beach walking, etc. [you know the drill by now]. Also, can you tell who runs the show when building sandcastles??? Caroline is in charge!

We stayed at the beach ALL day since we had decided to have grillmaster Jeff and Pappy make hamburgers and hotdogs… wanting to spend as much time in the ocean as possible! After we all got hosed down and showered up, we took a few outside pictures of the girls and I since I am rarely IN the shot these days…

Tuesday morning, we decided to skip out on the beach and walked over to one of the community pools so the girls could “swim”… lucky for us, we came armed with water guns and pool toys so we were all set for a morning splashing in the pool and not getting tackled by the waves! That afternoon, we ventured back to the beach and then headed to our favorite 30A mexican restaurant La Cocina… the BEST lobster quesadilla I promise!

my little fishie… loving the pool!
can you tell some littles are VERY sleepy here??

Wednesday morning, we headed back to the ocean side for more beach action! The girls were back to their old ways, diving into surf and sand and loving it… so fortunate for two minis that LOVE the water and don’t mind the messy sand side effects. That night, we stayed back at the house after a little beach sunset fun and grilled out steaks and then made our way to the infamous Sugar Shak for after-dinner sweets and treats!
