One. Style Profile…Summer Concerts in Music City
A few weeks have passed since the infamous CMA Music Festival and then Bonaroo went down last weekend in neighboring Manchester, but it’s high season for concerts in Music City. From early evening outdoor fun at Arrington Vineyards to other amusements at Crockett Park each week, it’s easy to find live entertainment!
Whenever I go to a concert, there are two musts that are required when I’m looking over outfit choices: comfort and style. Let’s face it, us southerners are notorious for our love of cowboy boots and I believe they absolutely go with everything, yes even in the summertime.
Today I’m showing off some cute boot and bootie styles that are the perfect staple to add to any ensemble for concerts, festivals and fairs, trips around town, and anything else you’ve got going on during the warmer months.
These Madden Girl and Diba varieties came from one of my go-to stores, Off Broadway Shoes. With locations all around Nashville, you’re destined to find the perfect pair for whatever the occasion. Even better, their website now lets you shop online so if you’re not local, you can take advantage of their amazing deals on shoes.
It’s been awhile since I have treated myself to a new purse, so last week I noticed Francesca’s was having a handbag sale with all marked 30% off, so I stopped in, and took advantage. Let’s face it, usually I throw my wallet in the girls’ diaper bag so this is a treat. You can find the purse here, and still save 30% too!
I can’t blame this one on the hubby or the girls, because mama did this one all on her own. A few weeks ago, I was getting something out of one of the top kitchen cabinets when I knocked over my sugar dish and it smashed into pieces. Well, there went that wedding gift. Now I’m lusting over this adorable sugar and creamer set from Anthropologie. It’s green and I love the pattern and I think introducing color into everyday china and dishes is fun…why not! This is totally going on my birthday list. P.S. Anthro is having a major sale right now, too!
