My Newest Adventure…Introducing Sugar Bit

It’s April 3rd and it’s the day I’ve been waiting for. Today feels surreal…like it can’t really be true, but our launch day is here and it is 100% real. Today it’s go time on my new project, my new “baby”. I say “baby” because it feels like a third baby to me…something I’ve been pouring my heart and soul into for more than 8 months now and I’ve invested hundreds upon hundreds of hours thoughtfully crafting each and every solitary detail of this new career, and today I am honored to FINALLY be able to share it with all of you.

Finally, I want to say a HUGE thank you to some pretty special people, for without them, this wouldn’t be possible:
Audra Wait and Shane Ivey, the masterminds at Noble Sidekick. They comprise our ingenious marketing/branding/advertising team and they have been an absolute joy to work with. I am SO thankful for your time, wisdom, patience, and all your help in getting here. You are a wonderful duo and you have made this process incredibly fun and I am fortunate to get to work with you.
Candice Stevens, my incredible friend and photographer. You have helped me work through the tricky parts of capturing all our inventory and were so patient with me through each step of this launch. I owe you big time and I am indebted to you!
Alex Hudson, our nanny/babysitter/Sugar Bit extraordinaire. You’ve been with us for a year now and the chaos still ensues. You have been there deep in the trenches with me, helping care for my girls when I have had to travel, work late, and even helping me with the nitty gritty details of launching a business. I hope you know how much our family loves you.
My Family and Friends. What started out as a crazy dream has transpired into something real and you have been instrumental in that process. You’ve guided, comforted, advised, and given me plenty of well wishes to know that I could do this and to follow my heart and to know that everything will work out. I can’t thank you enough for all the support that you have offered and I am forever grateful. (big thanks especially to Mom, Dad, Meg, Bev, Aaron, Andrea, and Lauren)
Jeff, Caroline, and Carson. Last, but certainly not least, I have to thank the three people that comprise my inner circle, my sweet little family, and the reason I get up day in and day out. I wanted to do something special for myself, as well as for my family, but I wanted to show my girls that you can be a mom AND have a career. Jeff, thank you for the unconditional love and support you have provided throughout this endeavor…you have been my biggest champion and the person that has reassured me that no matter what happens, you love me. That’s all I need and I love you. To Caroline and Carson, I hope you know I love you the mostest in the whole world, and that my role as mommy will ALWAYS come first.
