Merry Christmas from the Stonekings!

Alright...you been asking so sweetly and I'm finally getting to show off our Christmas cards for this year--sorry it took me so long, though we had to get these pretties in the mail first. Here they are, courtesy of the fabulous Minted:
And of course, a huge thanks to my wonderful and oh-so-talented photographer friend, Candice, who met up with us for a fun Sunday afternoon photoshoot...we loved so many of the pictures that I just had to share a few of the others ;).

 {and yes, I couldn't help it...Miss Caroline already has a mini stocking of her very own}

this could be my absolute favorite!!

Happy Holidays friends...may you truly enjoy this spectacular time of year with all those you hold closest to you, yet always remember the true reason we celebrate!

The Best Day Ever...The Reception {Part 1}

The best part, right? To me, the ceremony was the most important part of our wedding celebration, but I think all brides can agree that the part they look forward to the most after months and months of planning is the reception...the perfect time to see all your hard work pay off, and the time where you can cut loose with your friends and family, and have the time of your life! Up first, the beginning elements of the reception--transportation to the venue, entrances and first dances, cake cutting, and then time for dancing! {Forgive me ahead of time, we're going to have a few reception posts...just so many fun pictures to share!

 And yes, Mom is clearly having a great time...and so happy it was finally time to party!
Stay tuned for another reception recap...more friends and family getting down with the band, outtakes, the ceremonial bouquet/garter toss, late night treats, and the sendoff!

The Best Day Ever...Bridal Party and Family Portraits

Before we could cut loose at the reception, we had to take in all the formalities of a proper southern wedding and take one million pictures of our families as well as the bridal party...actually to be quite honest, Chris and Adrienne did a great job of getting people in and out as quickly as they could so the party could start! Though it was a hot one in Nashville on our wedding day, we were able to get some fantastic pictures outside, which I was ever-so-thankful for...
