Sarah Barnard, the creator of Chart A Aa Carte sent me this video a few weeks ago of her big product debut and I was instantly intrigued… a do-it-all, one-stop board for storing your to-do lists, children’s artwork, calendar, etc = genius! I love that it’s completely customize-able, based on your unique preferences and needs, colorful and fun with magnets, markers, and accents that make it stand out… I can totally see my girls wanting to help create our family workstation with tasks that keep them earning their piggy bank money for toy store trips, too!
Two. Transitioning to Fall with Jackets and Wraps
Nashville isn’t getting cooler just yet, but that doesn’t mean I’m not eyeing all the jackets, cardigans, wraps, and sweaters that I “need” for fall. Check out a few new favorites that are calling my name!

Three. Soccer Star
Caroline is absolutely loving playing soccer this year… I was a bit nervous at first, as she does tend to be a bit timid when it comes to trying new things, but she has really come into her own on her team, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Coach Jim. Jeff is mighty happy about his little soccer payer, and they are practicing all the time… such a sweet thing to see. As for Carson and me, well, we are really good about supplying the post-game snacks and drinks for everyone and yelling loudly for our big girl!!
Four. The Battle at Bristol
So sad I’m not going to Bristol this weekend, but I am happy for our boys that get to go and make it a fun guys trip to see our guys in orange tackle the Virginia Tech Hokies… it’s going to be the largest audience for any college football game EVER and I’ve been watching the news all week as they prepare for this amazing event. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed the guys make it back home in one piece with a WIN, even if they come home in jorts and tank tops 😉
Five. Stella and Dot, The Fall Collection
A girl addicted to accessories… that’s me and I proclaim it proudly! For summer and fall, I’m trying to be more proactive about what I purchase, and making sure it’s great transitional pieces I can wear during multiple seasons and items that are classic, but still fun, and easy to accessorize. I’ve shopped with Stella and Dot for a few years, but I hadn’t visited their website recently, until stylist Emily sent me an email talking about a fun collaboration AND giveaway opportunity. Stella and Dot has SO MANY gorgeous things! The Renegade Bracelet has always been one of my favorites. I had one a few years ago but my sweet boys stretched it beyond recognition attempting to sling shot it. BOYS! Ha! I'm also a huge fan of their new engraved pieces!
