By now, yall may be aware of my husband's fascination with grilling/smoking/cooking outdoors...and it comes into high gear once summer rolls around. He will find ANY (and I mean any) excuse to be outside cooking hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, seafood, and anything else he finds suitable. This weekend, he spent Saturday breaking in our new Masterbuilt Digital Electric Smokehouse smoker.
Dadgum That's Good! and Dadgum! That's Good, Too! (clever, huh?)
The first thing he couldn't wait to make was a huge brisket and he followed one of the recipes from the cookbook called "Keith's Beef Brisket". It was hands down the best we have ever tasted (as our tasting group ruled unanimously) and it was even better on Sunday.
