1 Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough (yes the kind that come pre-packaged in a log and ready to slice)
Kiwi
Blueberries
Strawberries
2 cups of Confectioner's Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Slice and bake cookies as directed on package. Let cool.
Cut and slice fruit.
Mix together confectioner's sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla and ice each cookie.
Top with fruit and enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI make a realllly similar fruit pizza to this, they really are the perfect, easy dessert for people to just grab a slice of! They are a great summer party treat and I'll probably make them for our 4th of july bash!
