Wedding Wednesday... I Got Nothing!

Wednesday, May 5, 2010

Here it is folks... I officially reached my threshold! It's a mere 402 days to go {haha, yes that is a LONG time until the big day} and I have nothing else to do for the wedding as of right now. Most of the big items--as in the ceremony and reception locations, wedding planner, photographers, rehearsal dinner location, hotels, ceremony music, bridal party, and band have been booked and checked off my list so where do I go from here? I feel as though something is wrong with me because I am not rushing to book someone for a certain something.
Jeff and I have, however, met with 2 fantastic local catering companies and are anxiously waiting to get our customized proposals back from each of them so we can finalize another big component of the reception... THE FOOD! We have some great ideas we want to incorporate and we're excited to see what fun they can come up with.
Other than that, I've got bridal appointments setup with 3 local vendors the weekend of May 15th and can't wait to try on dresses... my Mom and MOH Meg will be accompanying me and I am so excited for some girl time with my favorite ladies =)

So for now, I bid weddingland adieu and leave you with a completely random collection of lovelies--not specifically within my wedding scheme, but angelic and captivating, just the same!

  1. Love that guest book tree- we're doing something very similar.

  2. I have a feeling Wedding Wednesday will not be gone for long. :) I can't wait to hear about your dress shopping.
Also that tree with the pink tags hanging from it, I was loving on it yesterday. It's fate you featured it today!
    Happy Wednesday! xoxo

  3. Cute blog. I just found you :)

  4. I just looked around on your blog. I think we could be besties.... :)

  5. Those are the flowers I will walk down the aisle with in exactly one month from today. Enjoy the down time and the busy times, so much fun!
