Recipe: Ritz Cheesy Football

There is nothing like tailgating before a football game and having your friends bring their favorite dishes so I thought I'd share the recipe of one of my favorite staples for any football/tailgating/fall shindig-- The Ritz Cheesy Football {courtesy of Kraft of course}

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Chopped Pecans
2 Tbsp. pimiento strips (I use 1 small red pepper instead)
RITZ Crackers

Beat cheeses and dressing with mixer until blended
Add onions and pepper; mix well; Refrigerate several hours (I did mine overnight)
Form into football shape on serving plate; coat with pecans
Add red pepper strips for "lacing"
Serve with crackers
