Today marks 2 special birthdays... my friend Ryan Mullins is turning 25 so welcome to the club Big Boy! Trust me, it's not as bad as you think and you can still claim to be part of the "young 20's club" which I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I met Ryan through my boyfriend and he has become a very close friend of mine. Always fun to be around, very amusing, with a genuine personality, he plays professional baseball as a pitcher and it VERY talented (I'll brag on him since he never does so himself) - he's at home for a few months since his season is over and we're taking him out Saturday to celebrate out on the town so Happy Birthday Mullins- we love you!

And another extraordinary birthday today is MY MOM! She is my favorite person in the world and she is turning 46 today- to this day she is constantly asked if she is my sister, and secretly I know she loves it- she just blushes and says "oh no, she's my daughter". She is a remarkable woman who has accomplished so much in her life, and I am proud to call her my mother. She is driven, talented, genuine, loyal, compassionate, and the best mother anyone could hope for - I'm just lucky that God blessed me and gave me to her. She is everything to me and I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for all the sacrifices she has made. So thanks for all that you do, Mom, day in and day out, you are my constant source of strength and I can only hope to be as great of a mother as you are to my own kids one day. I love you with all of my heart!
